I am a professional trainer. I train teams of people who deliver care and support to vulnerable individuals with severe and/or profound learning disabilities, mental health conditions and autism in various subjects one of which is First Aid.
I recently needed to renew my First Aid at Work qualification and so attended the three day course delivered by Sarah Pestridge, New Forest First Aid Training.

I've just completed a 2 day Outdoor First Aid course with Neil from New Forest First Aid. There was a great mix of classroom and outdoor scenario learning with an emphasis on practical skills for real life situations.
The location in Bramshaw village hall gave us access to some woodland which made everything so much more realistic. I was a bit concerned in recent months that I'd forgotten everything I'd learnt 3 years ago, and now I feel confident once again. I'd strongly recommend New Forest First Aid and Neil if you are wanting to do your Outdoor First Aid.
