Suzie joined New Forest First Aid Training in July 2025, bringing with her a decade of experience from her time serving in the British Army. Her military background has provided her with a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and the ability to perform calmly and effectively under pressure, qualities that she now brings into her First Aid training.
Transitioning her skills into civilian life, Suzie is passionate about helping others gain the confidence to respond in emergencies through clear, practical, and engaging instruction.
Outside of training, Suzie enjoys spending her time outdoors particularly paddle boarding and embracing an active lifestyle that reflects her love of adventure and learning.
