Most people book first aid training in Hampshire for one of two reasons. Either a certificate is about to expire and the workplace needs to stay compliant, or someone has realised they would not know what to do in a real emergency and wants that to change. We cover both, across the county.
We deliver throughout Hampshire, including Southampton, Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey, Totton, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Fordingbridge and the wider New Forest. Courses run at our venues or on-site at your workplace or school, whichever is easier for your team.
Our Hampshire courses
- Emergency First Aid at Work and First Aid at Work, for workplace compliance
- Paediatric First Aid, for nurseries, schools and childcare
- Outdoor and Forestry First Aid, for those working in the New Forest and beyond
- CPR and AED training and Basic Life Support
- First aid education for school pupils, and bespoke courses for school staff
Many of our trainers come from frontline emergency services, healthcare and education backgrounds. That experience is the difference between a course people sit through and one they remember when it matters. Sessions are practical and hands on, not a slideshow.
We also help Hampshire businesses turn social value commitments into funded first aid training for local schools, with the delivery, reporting and school liaison handled for you.
Common questions
Do you come to us, or do we come to you?
Either works. We run scheduled courses and we deliver on-site across Hampshire when you have a group to train.
How many people can you train in a day?
A workplace group is typically up to 12 per trainer. A school delivery day can reach around 120 pupils, depending on the timetable and space.
Which first aid course do we need for work?
Most low-risk workplaces need Emergency First Aid at Work. Higher-risk settings usually need the three-day First Aid at Work. If you are not sure, send us your situation and we will tell you.
