Refund & Cancellation Policy

At New Forest First Aid Training Ltd we strive to provide high-quality first aid training and exceptional customer service.
The following Refund & Cancellation Policy is relevant to our courses and outlines the terms under which refunds or rescheduling may be granted.

Open Course Cancellations by Participants

More than 7 days before the course date:
Participants are eligible for a full refund or may reschedule once at no cost.

3–7 days before the course date:
A 50% refund will be issued, or participants may reschedule for a £20 administration fee. If we are able to fill your place with another learner, then a full refund will be offered and full price will be required upon re-booking.

Up to 3 days before the course date:
Refunds are not available unless we are able to fill your place with another learner. Participants may reschedule for a £20 administration fee. If full refund is provided, delegate will be required to pay full price when re-booking.

Non-Attendance of Open Course

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice will result in no refund.
A new booking will be required at full cost.

Late Arrivals

For safety and certification reasons, participants arriving more than 15 minutes late
may be refused entry. This will be treated as non-attendance and is not refundable.

Course Cancellations by the Company

If New Forest First Aid Training, on the rare occasion, cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, venue issues):

Participants will be offered a full refund or
A free transfer to the next available course date.

Online / Blended Learning Components

Access fees for online modules that have already been activated or started are non-refundable.
If a technical issue prevents access and is verified by our support team, a refund or extension may be provided.
Should a delegate attend the ‘in-person’ training session of their course having NOT completed their on-line learning, they will be refused entry and will be treated as nonattendance. Their place is not refundable

Certificates

We will issue an E-certificate as standard within 7 days of the course date. If you require hard copy certificate, these are charged at £10 and you must tell us on the day.
Please ensure you complete your paperwork with your name correctly in BLOCK CAPITALS as name changes incur a fee of £10.
Lost or damaged certificates can be replaced for a £10 administration fee.
Refunds are not available once a replacement certificate has been processed.

Group or Corporate Bookings

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus any administrative fees. This may include a contribution to the trainer cost.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start time will incur a £200 fee to cover administrative and trainer costs.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand emergencies can happen. Refunds or rescheduling outside of standard policy may be granted at the company’s discretion for documented medical or compassionate reasons.
